Sacred Whispers
Virtual Support Group
Dates : Monday Evenings
Time : 6:30-7:30pm MST
Location : Online via Zoom
Price : $27 monthly membership Introductory price
Event Description
At Sacred Whispers, our Virtual Circles offer a gentle, nurturing space you can enter from the comfort of your own home—where grief, healing, and reflection are held with deep compassion and care. These circles are devoted to those navigating pregnancy and infant loss, and are open to women, men, and LGBTQ+ individuals seeking support and understanding. Each session is thoughtfully designed to guide you back to yourself through a different embodied practice each week. Together, we’ll explore Yoga Nidra, pranayama and meditation, restorative yoga, and somatic practices paired with reflective writing—creating space for rest, release, and reconnection with your body and heart. Every gathering also includes time for sharing and reflection, offering you the opportunity to feel seen, heard, and supported within a community that understands the quiet, often invisible layers of loss. Our intention is to meet you exactly where you are, honoring your unique journey while gently supporting you in feeling more grounded, held, and less alone in your experience.
Sacred Whipsers
In-person Cohorts
Dates : Weekend Afternoons for 6 weeks
Time : 2:00-4:00pm MST
Location : The Healing Hive, Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Price : $444
Event Description
Sacred Whispers cohorts are intimate, guided group experiences designed to gently support you through grief, loss, and life-altering experiences—held in a space of deep compassion, presence, and care. Each cohort invites you into a supportive community where your story is welcome, your emotions are honored, and your healing unfolds at your own pace. There is no pressure to share, no expectation to “move on”—only an invitation to be with what is, together. Through a blend of nervous system regulation, somatic practices, meditation, creative expression, and ritual, these circles support you in transforming how you relate to your grief. Grief does not disappear. But it can soften. It can be held with more tenderness. And so can you. Each cohort weaves together practices such as grounding, breathwork, movement, rest, reflection, and ceremony—allowing both the body and heart to process what words alone cannot. What to Expect While each cohort is unique, the journey is gently guided across six weeks: Week 1 — Coming Together Opening the circle with introductions, intention setting, and creating a foundation of safety. You’ll be guided through grounding practices, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and optional sharing. Week 2 — The Body Remembers Exploring how emotions and experiences can be held within the body. This week includes gentle somatic awareness practices and creative expression to externalize and process what may feel difficult to put into words. Week 3 — Honoring Anger Creating space for healthy expression of anger and intensity. Through guided practices, you’ll be supported in releasing stored emotion, followed by restorative grounding, journaling, and reflection. Week 4 — Movement & Expression Inviting the body into motion through intuitive or guided movement, allowing emotions to shift and flow. This week also includes deep rest practices such as Yoga Nidra, along with journaling and sharing. Week 5 — Deep Rest & Integration A focus on restoration and nervous system support through deeply calming practices such as Yoga Nidra and sound-based experiences, with space for reflection and integration. Week 6 — Ritual & Completion A sacred closing of the container through ritual and ceremony. This week offers space to honor your experience, witness your journey, and gently integrate what has shifted. Participants often leave with a deeper sense of connection—to themselves and others—a softened relationship with their grief, and tools to continue supporting themselves beyond the container. Please note: Cohort flow, weekly themes, and facilitators may shift slightly based on availability and the needs of the group.

Loving, Dying and Letting Go
Coaches, Therapists, Healers
Dates : 3 Saturdays (dates to start in May TBD)
Time : 2:00-3:00pm MST
Location : Online via Zoom
Price : $111
Event Description
What does it mean to love? What does it mean to die? And how do we truly “let go”? These three questions live at the heart of the human experience. Across time, philosophers, spiritual teachers, and wisdom-keepers have contemplated them. Yet beyond theory, these questions meet us in the quiet, intimate moments of our own lives—through the ways we love ourselves and others, through the identities we outgrow, and through the many endings that shape who we are becoming. For those walking the path of transformation, “death” is not only physical—it is the shedding of old identities, beliefs, roles, and patterns. It is ego death. It is the unraveling that makes space for something more aligned, more true. And “letting go” becomes an ongoing, living practice—releasing what no longer serves so that growth, healing, and deeper embodiment can unfold. The Loving, Dying, and Letting Go workshop is designed to create a safe and reflective space for heartfelt inquiry into these questions. This offering is especially resonant for transformational life coaches, therapists, and those who hold space for others, as well as anyone navigating personal evolution and inner change. Together, we gather to listen, learn, and—most importantly—turn inward, exploring how love, death, and release show up in both our personal lives and professional work. Whether you are supporting others through transitions, moving through your own transformation, or deepening your relationship to self-love and surrender, this workshop offers a meaningful and grounding experience. Loving, Dying, and Letting Go is a 3-hour workshop based upon the work and writing of Amy Wright Glenn, founder of the Institute for the Study of Birth, Breath, and Death, and author of Holding Space: On Loving, Dying, and Letting Go (Parallax Press, 2017).
