Sacred Sphere offers a variety of coaching and grief packages. Pregnancy and Infant Loss support groups are coming soon.
Transformational Life Coaching offers a wealth of benefits, including clarity, accountability, personal growth, enhanced problem-solving skills, increased self-confidence, stress reduction, improved communication and interpersonal skills, identifying blocks, shifting mindsets, and rising above heaviness that weighs you down. Guidance from a support person can help guide you to find the answers within.
Grief never goes away. It doesn't transform...we do. We are different after and during grief. Sometimes all a person needs is to be heard, seen and sat with. Grief Support and Holding Space sessions are just that. It is a safe space to simply be and express whatever may come up and to be heard without judgement or trying to "fix or change" the situation.
Any Out-Call appointments (craniosacral and reiki) must be scheduled via email at noelle@sacred-sphere.com
To ensure availability, all sessions are pre-scheduled and paid in-full at the time of scheduling. Investment amounts are in USD. Coaching packages/sessions expire one year from date of purchase. Currently accepting in office, phone, and Zoom clients.

This package aims to support your journey as you transition and embrace your new lifestyle. Your achievements are commendable, and we are here to help you maintain your progress! To be eligible for this package, you must have finished either the Clarity Support, Let's Go Deeper, or Metamorphsasis package.

When the weather is nice, coaching / grief sessions can be done outside while walking. Connecting with nature and ourselves can bring greater peace and clarity during movement.
